“I began training with Commotion’s owner, Bonnie Slawson at the age of 10. I was warmly welcomed into a studio where family, fun, and creativity are at the forefront.  I developed a strong passion for dance due to the encouraging and supportive teachers I had the pleasure of studying with.  I went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree in dance.  At the age of 28, I am now a professional dancer, which I attribute to the strong training I received from Bonnie.  As a current faculty member at Commotion, I have come full circle, and am blessed to be back home training the next generation of dancers.  Once you join the CoMMotion Family, you are truly part of a community where self expression is cultivated and each child is valued.”
